Boston Cream Pie Cheesecake

A decadent fusion of classic Boston Cream Pie and rich New York-style cheesecake, perfect for special occasions or indulgent desserts.

Ingredients (Serves 12)

For the Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk

For the Ganache:

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare crust – Mix graham cracker crumbs & melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Mix filling – Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in heavy cream & flour.
  4. Bake – Pour batter over crust, place on baking sheet, and bake for 50–60 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  5. Make ganache – Heat ¼ cup heavy cream until simmering, stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Cool cheesecake – Let sit 10 minutes, run a knife around edges to loosen.
  7. Top & chill – Pour ganache over cheesecake, refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Serving Ideas

Pair with fresh fruit salad or green tea to balance richness. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for indulgence. Enjoy with dessert wine or strong coffee.
