Going through a loved one’s belongings can feel like opening a time capsule. Each item carries memories, stories, and a connection to the past. But sometimes, you stumble across something so unusual and mysterious that it leaves you completely perplexed.
This is exactly what happened when I was sorting through my grandmother’s things. Hidden among her carefully arranged possessions were over 30 small objects with a shape I had never seen before.
The Discovery
